NOTE - FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED SHOULD A CHARTER BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24HRS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FOR REASONS OTHER THAN THOSE REASONS MENTIONED ABOVE.

INDEMNITY FORM

 

I, the undersigned _______________________________ having elected to utilize the facilities of  www.gardenroutefishing.com  ("hereinafter referred to as "the business") owned by Laurentius Lochner and Darius Erasmus (hereinafter referred to as "the owners") do hereby agree as follows:-

1. I hold harmless and indemnify the business as well as its owners, appointed fishing guides against any claims of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising, as a result of me utilizing the fishing guide services operated by the owners or the business.

2. Neither the owners nor the business shall not be liable for any loss or damage in any circumstances whatsoever arising from or in respect of my death, injury to my person or loss of or damage to my property, howsoever caused and howsoever arising from or relating to me utilizing the fishing guide services operated by the owners or the business.

3. I acknowledge that I have signed this Indemnity of my own free will and of my own volition.

4. I acknowledge that I am satisfied with the arrangements and fishing guide of the business and the owners.
